Our God is not merely powerful, not even the most powerful being in all the universe. He is that, of course, but he is much more. He can tell the future and then take measures to bring to pass everything he has foretold.
God is in heaven, seated upon his throne; he has not abdicated his place of authority, nor has he forgotten about his duty to act as a righteous Judge. The wicked are no threat to his throne, nor are they able to enter into his temple for it is holy.
