Women and All the Rest
As long as a ministry role does not violate NT principles, it would not be wrong for a woman to hold the position.

No one disputes the fact that women served in the early church as missionaries. But it is careless to see Paul use the term apostle without considering the sense in which it is intended.
These worked alongside the apostle in preaching the gospel and establishing churches among the Gentiles. While it is noteworthy that women served in this capacity, it is not a title for any office in the church, nor does it imply any measure of leadership or authority.
It is not demeaning to expect her to take the primary role in discipling younger women, it is demeaning to suggest that discipling young ladies is beneath an older woman.
What about serving as a pastor? Some might say this is just a title similar to “minister” or “leader” so that a church could have a woman serve as a children’s pastor or worship leader or minister of education.
