I praise God for giving us the way of salvation through His Son and thank our now living Christ for dying in our place. God’s day of salvation and His mercy are now. How tragic for some if His mercy and grace were withdrawn today!!!
You can be politically free but be bound by the chains of sin. John 8:36 states: “If the Son (Jesus Christ), therefore, shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”
Barb said she felt the Lord’s leading all of her life and He finally got her to come to Him. For about three Sundays she held back and wouldn’t go forward, but God finally won the victory and she accepted Christ as her personal Savior.
Jesus could offer himself for sins and completely and permanently cleanse sinners. In this way, his sacrifice is infinitely superior to any mere creature. He is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!
